Mingxi Proton No. 1 Private Fund Temporary Open Notice

Dear Investors,

The Mingxi Proton No. 1 Private Fund was officially established on December 7, 2016. The fund is managed by Shanghai Mingxi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Due to the operational needs of the fund, we are setting a temporary open day in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the fund contract, which states: "The manager may set a temporary open day based on actual conditions (in principle, no more than 4 working days per calendar year, and the temporary open days should not result in the fund being open for 2 consecutive working days; the manager has the right to make adjustments based on fund operation and technical support conditions). The specific open date will be notified by the manager."

The temporary open day is set for February 21, 2024. On this open day, investors can redeem their shares.
