Dear Investors,

The Mingxi Kaiyang No. 2 Private Securities Investment Fund was officially established on June 26, 2023. The fund is managed by Shanghai Mingxi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. Due to operational needs of the fund, we are setting a temporary open day in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the fund contract.

The temporary open day will be on February 5, 2024, during which investors can redeem their shares.
