JOB RECRUITMENT

Quantitative Researcher (Equities/CTA/High-Frequency)

Responsibilities:

1.Research, design, and develop quantitative strategies.
2.Participate in historical backtesting, simulation testing, iterative improvement, and performance tracking of quantitative strategies.
3.Collaborate with the development team to ensure the model operates correctly in the production environment.
4.Conduct quantitative risk analysis and perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier domestic or international university, majoring in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
2.Proficiency in at least one programming language, either Python or C++, with experience using various scientific computing libraries (e.g., Numpy).
3.Relevant internship experience in quantitative research is preferred.

Quantitative Trader

Responsibilities:

1.Strategy Execution: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade the trading system to ensure smooth daily operations.
2.Code Development: Perform performance attribution analysis and develop broker APIs and other analytical tools to improve trading efficiency.
3.Model Development: Design and enhance trading cost and execution algorithm models, and build quantitative model optimization strategies.
4.Risk Management: Monitor market dynamics, execute risk management, and perform investment analysis.
5.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1.Background in Science or Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's degree), with a preference for Computer Science majors.
2.Proficiency in Python programming language (experience with C++ is a plus).
3.Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
4.Strong sense of responsibility, emotional stability, meticulous work ethic, and strong risk awareness.

Quantitative Developer (C++)

Responsibilities:

1.Design, integrate, and operate trading systems.

2.Research and optimize trading algorithms.

3.Access and build databases.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree from a "211 Project" university or higher, majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
2.Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
3.Familiarity with the Linux environment.
4.Experience in ACM competitions or contributions to GitHub open-source projects is preferred.

Sales executive

Responsibilities:

1.Develop market plans and expand and maintain channel resources according to the company's development strategy.
2.Stay updated on market trends, understand the performance of various fund strategies, and identify potential market opportunities.
3.Liaise with banks, brokers, trusts, and other institutional platforms for business cooperation and client maintenance.
4.Responsible for fund roadshows and product promotion activities.
5.Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2.Over one year of work experience in banks, brokers, futures, or fund institutions, with a strong interest in the quantitative industry. Experience in private equity fund channel management is preferred.
3.Familiarity with financial markets and private equity fund products, with strong learning abilities.
4.Keen market insight and data analysis capabilities.
5.Excellent service awareness and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
