The Mingxi Zhiyuan No. 20 Private Securities Investment Fund was officially established on April 26, 2023. The fund is managed by Shanghai Mingxi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. Due to the operational needs of the fund, we are setting a temporary open day in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the fund contract, which states: "The private fund manager may set a temporary open day based on investor applications or the actual operation of the fund, provided it does not have a materially adverse impact on the interests of all unitholders. The specific date will be notified by the private fund manager according to the operational needs of the fund."
The temporary open day is set for June 3, 2024. On this open day, investors can redeem their shares.
