Dear Investors,

The Mingxi Kaiyang No. 7 Private Securities Investment Fund was officially established on April 12, 2023. The fund is managed by Shanghai Mingxi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Due to the operational needs of the fund, we are setting a temporary open day in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the fund contract, which states: “The manager may set a temporary open day under the following circumstances: changes in laws, regulations, self-regulatory rules, and relevant policies, other situations requiring changes to the fund contract, operational needs that fairly protect the interests of all investors, and liquidity management.”

The temporary open day will be on February 28, 2024, during which investors can redeem their shares.
