The Mingxi Quark No. 21 Private Securities Investment Fund was officially established on June 11, 2021. The fund is managed by Shanghai Mingxi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. In accordance with the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the fund contract, which states: "The manager may set a temporary open day under the following circumstances. The specific date will be notified by the manager in accordance with the provisions of this contract. On the temporary open day, only redemptions are allowed, not subscriptions: (1) If this contract is amended and the private fund manager deems it necessary to set a temporary open day to protect the interests of the unitholders or for the operational needs of the fund; (2) If the private fund manager deems it necessary to set a temporary open day based on the application of the unitholders, the operational needs of the fund, and liquidity management, in order to fairly protect the interests of all unitholders; (3) Other conditions as stipulated by laws, regulations, or this contract."
The temporary open day is set for January 19, 2024. On this open day, investors can redeem their shares.
